Ideally yes. The only exception would be events that we are attending such as shoots and game fairs. If you are coming to our Surrey office, going to an audiologist or visiting one of our distributors, it is always advisable to contact us or them beforehand.

No problem! Check our news page to see if we’ll be in your area, visit one of our distributors, or have them taken by a local audiologist and send them to us. Audiologists do charge about £30 for this service, but we will reimburse you for this when you purchase Revolutions.

The whole process takes around 10 minutes. We’ll start by examining your ears to make sure they are healthy and clear, and if everything is ok, we’ll insert a foam stopper and use a silicone mix to take your impression. It takes around 4 minutes to set, depending on the temperature, then we just have to wait for you to make your mind up on colours!

For leisure-related plugs, from receiving your impressions to producing and dispatching the finished product is up to 20 working days. However, this can vary depending on the type of moulds you order and we are usually ahead of that. If you need them in a hurry, we can offer an express service for a small additional fee. Contact us for more details.

Vario Revolutions and the original Vario electronics take 312 hearing aid batteries.

Vario Bluetooth 5 and original Vario Bluetooths have a rechargeable USB unit and do not take batteries.

Vario Elements range and the original Vario passives and blanks do not require a power source.

The 312’s are air zinc batteries and are air activated. You must allow them to breath for at least one minute after removing the tab from the battery before inserting them into the module or you will have dramatically reduced their charge.

Air zinc batteries discharge over time, regardless of use, and have a limited life of only a few weeks.
